3 months agoWas in town for work with a group and we needed a late meal together. Nicholas, Mama and their staff stayed late/after closing to allow us to enjoy all their best dishes (we ordered most of the menu 😅) and they were so gracious and warm in the process. Food is delicious authentic Colombian cuisine, made with their own unique flair and priced incredibly reasonably.

3 months agoLooking for something different—a true hole‑in‑the‑wall spot serving authentic Colombian food? Go see Nico at The Colombian Corner. The food is incredible, and the staff does an amazing job walking you through the menu, explaining flavors, and giving helpful comparisons so you know exactly what you’re getting. We came with a group of 12, which basically meant we sampled the entire menu. Not a single miss!! No matter what you order, you’re in good hands. And those sauces… I’ll absolutely be ordering them to ship home because they were that good!!! Huge thanks to Nico and the team for a delicious lunch. We’ll definitely be back!!! ~Cheers

3 months agoListen——— we left our last distillery tour and was hungry. So we did what any normal people do and searched for restaurants near us. Where we live in Ohio there isn’t a long list of good, genuine ethnic food spots to hit up. So when traveling we try to find somewhere that serves something new to us. We seen these folks had good reviews and was like….. Columbian food it is. It’s a very small restaurant and it looks like the perfect spot to be a hidden gem in disguise or possibly a terrible choice. As soon as we walked in the gentleman at the counter greeted us happily and told us to just have a seat. Service from start to finish was an easy A+++. The real star of the show however…..my lawwwwwd the foooood was so good. I’ll be honest. I can’t remember the name of the dishes, but the wife got something that was with steak and it had pineapple and she drizzled a sauce over it that they brought to our table. I got the dish that had a piece of sausage, pork belly, egg, rice, beans, fried plantain, and some kind of a bread. When I tell ya me and the wife were in heaven, it’s an understatement. Both of our plates were cleaned off and the hot sauce the fella said he made from scratch was out of this world great! If you’re local, you have an absolutely amazing place you should order from frequently. If you’re not local——-give this place a visit. We don’t think you’ll be disappointed at all. (We went with low expectations after visiting cattleman’s the day before and it was roughhhhh to wash down with booze) And if you enjoy making it spicy ASK for the hot sauce. It’s killlller. All around excellent experience. And when we come back again. This is a 100% guaranteed return visit!

7 months agoThis is hands down the best Colombian food I’ve had since visiting my home country of Colombia last year. The family that owns it couldn’t be kinder, and their cooking is as close to authentic as you’ll find. I’m from New York and have tried plenty of Colombian spots all over the state including Queens, and New Jersey, but nothing compares. TCC makes everything fresh each week even filling their own chorizo by hand. Every two weeks they cook outdoors for some special menu items, bringing the community together. Vendors join in with baked goods from a Colombian bakery @Colombake IG in Louisville, specialty snack and home products hauled up from Florida straight from Colombia, and other treats from other vendors. Yesterday I had a frijolada, rice, avacado, chicharron along with a few other things. Took my team I am deployed to the state with and they loved it. I’ll see you guys for lunch.

9 months agoThe Colombian Corner is a great place to eat in Lawrenceburg! The food is packed with rich, savory flavor that has me wanting to coming back for more. Every bite feels like a taste of something special. What truly sets this place apart is the cultural hospitality. The warmth and kindness from the staff make you feel like family the moment you walk in. It’s more than just a meal—it’s an experience. I love getting to explore foods from different cultures, and Colombian cuisine has quickly risen to the top of my list thanks to this gem. Don’t miss out on The Colombian Corner—you’ll be glad you went!

9 months agoThe Colombian Corner is one of my favorite places in Lawrenceburg to eat! The food is absolutely incredible and the service is too notch! I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like. I love being able to try different foods from other cultures and Colombian is for sure at the top of my list! Please don’t miss out on this place!
